FRONT SUSPENSION REMOVAL 1. Place the car on lift, block rear wheels and lift the front by means of a jack, then support it on stands sited in adjacent position to the bearing points (refer to: Group 00- Lifting Points and Towing). 2. Removewheel from theopera- tive side. 3. Removethe. nut caulking 4 it out of drive shaft 3 and unscrew 8 end. drive shaft from differ- 4. Remove ential shaft by unscrewing the six securing, screws. Remove shaft with the two constant-speed joints. 5. Detachcaliper @ from hub support,without disconnecting it from hose 0. 1 Screws 2 Bracket 7. Hold hub support properly, and by using the A.3.0157 withdraw pin. 2. Using a screwdriver withdraw seal ring from hub support (shaft side). 3. Reclamp hub support in vice 3 Drive shaft 6 Dowel provided with jaws and using a punch remove twocalkings on ring nut 1. Clamp hub support in vice securing bearing to support.
