MANIFOLD&EXHAUSTSYSTEMS FRONTPIPETOMANIFOLDGASKET Refit Service repair no - 30.10.26 1. Clean manifold and front pipe flanges. 2. Fit new gasket to exhaust manifold flange. Remove 3. Align front pipe to exhaust manifold. 4. Fit nuts securing front pipe to manifold and 1. Raise front of vehicle. tighten to 22 Nm. 5. Align front pipe clamp to bracket on differential WARNING:Supportonsafetystands. housing, fit nut and bolt and tighten to 22 Nm. 6. Removestand(s)andlowervehicle. 7. Connect battery earth lead. 2. Disconnect battery earth lead. 3. Remove3nutssecuringfrontpipe to exhaust manifold. 4. Removenutandboltsecuringfrontpipe to mounting bracket on differential housing. 5. Release front pipe from exhaust manifold. 6. Removegasketfrommanifoldflange. 2 REPAIRS
