Fördela vikten över hela bilen. Lägg det tyngsta bagaget Kontrollera regelbundet däcktrycket när däcken är kalla,
längst in i bagageutrymmet, närmast baksätet. titta på däcktrycksdekalen som sitter i dörröppningen på
förarsidan.
Se till att bilen inte är för tungt lastad och reducera
Denna kontroll ska särskilt göras:
luftmotståndet (lastbågar, takräcke, cykelhållare, släpvagn
etc.). Använd helst en takbox. - före en lång resa,
Ta bort lastbågar och lasträcke efter användning. - vid varje årstidsväxling,
- när bilen stått oanvänd under en längre period.
Glöm inte att också kontrollera reservhjulet och släpvagnens
eller husvagnens däck.
Montera bort vinterdäcken och byt till sommardäck så fort
vintern är över. Ge din bil regelbunden service (olja, olje fi lter, luftfi lter
etc.) och följ serviceschemat som rekommenderas av
tillverkaren.
V id påfyllning av bränsle i tanken ska du inte fortsätta när
pistolen stoppar för tredje gången, på så vis undviker du att
det rinner över.
När du börjar köra din nya bil, är det inte förrän efter de
första 3 000 kilometerna som du kommer att märka en större
regelbundenhet i din genomsnittliga bränsleförbrukning.
