FRONT SUSPENSION Trouble Probable cause Corrective action Steering wheel shocks, Check and replace if required l Excessive play in steering linkage vibrations or shimmying l Loose screws securing steering Tighten (cont.) box Tighten or replace l Unserviceable shock absorber or loose securing points Drifting becomes evident when vehicle is running on a flat surface with hands Vehicle drifts or wanders off steering wheel.
