California Fuel Additives If your vehicle is certiﬁed to meet California EmissionToprovidecleanerair, all gasolines in the United States Standards (see the underhood emission control label),are nowrequired to contain additives that will help it is designed to operate on fuels that meet Californiaprevent engine and fuel system deposits from forming, speciﬁcations.
